YOUNG FARMER ASSOCIATION in partnership with BIOTERRA University Bucharest, develop a complex programme for young students in order to support its operation and insertiei the labour market through vocational guidance and counselling and legal practice.

The project includes:
– An integrated program consisting of counseling professional personalised service aimed at developing career prospects for students.
– Advanced practical internships
– A Web portal for information
– Support materials for internship
– Possible employment at the end of the project

Medica group was founded in 1992 by Mr. Doctor in medical sciences Ike Maia and is one of the leaders of the market in Romania in terms of suplimentii nutritionali and wellness products.
Young students are directly involved in all processes of technological research, production, packaging, storage and promotion of the products that address an extensive range of ailments and all categories of age.
At the end of the internship, the students practice participants will be tested in view of granting a decisive qualifier in anticipation of a possible employment within the company.

The project envisages, in particular, supporting the insertion on the labour market of young students in the area of Bucharest-Ilfov and will run over a period of a year and a half, and the beneficiaries are 360 students from Bucharest-Ilfov region, which will enhance the prospects for career development and skills to fit the labour market. They will participate in counseling and vocational guidance, legal practice supported by the use of modern technologies.

About 140 students will be supported in the transition from school to active life, 30 students will receive advanced practical internships, and five students will benefit from the advice and guidance to get a job, with individual contracts.
