Ingredients/capsule: gelatin (capsule);
Calcium lactate powder-200mg,
magnesium lactate powder-100mg;
valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis)-40mg;
Chamomile flower powder (Matricaria chamomille)-35 mg;
passion flower powder – (Passiflora incarnata) -35 mg;
powder from the hop cones (Humulus lupulus) -35 mg;
Vitamin B6 powder -3 mg;
folic acid powder-2 mg.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the system to reduce fatigue and exhaustion nervossi and together with folic acid, helps maintain mental health. The plants used are recognized for their beneficial effect on the nervous system, helping to induce calmness and relaxation and keeping the duration and quality of sleep.

Do not use in children, pregnant women and nursing mothers! It can affect people who perform work activities that require attention, precision and intense concentration.

Dosage: 2 -3 caps/during the day.
